Whether your pup enjoys a cozy private suite or joins one of our carefully matched slumber parties, every overnight guest is treated like family from bedtime to breakfast.

 

Boarding Requirements

All boarding guests must:

• Complete a Meet & Greet (first-time guests).

• Be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations.

• Be free from contagious illnesses, parasites, and fleas.

• Meet our spay/neuter requirements.

 

Check-In & Check-Out

To ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience:

Check-In

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Check-Out

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Late check-outs after 5:00 PM may incur an additional daycare fee.

Guests remaining beyond their scheduled departure date will be charged an additional boarding night.

If you require alternate arrival or departure times, please contact us in advance. We'll always do our best to accommodate when possible.

Feeding & Medication

Please provide:

-Labelled, portioned meals

-Medications with written instructions

-Any necessary supplements

Medication administration is included at no additional charge.

 

What to Bring

Please bring:

• Your dog's food

• Medications (if applicable)

• An optional comfort item, such as a favourite blanket, no toys for safety

We provide comfortable bedding, bowls, treats (with permission), and lots of affection.

 

Emergency Veterinary Care

If emergency veterinary treatment becomes necessary, we will make every effort to contact you first.

If immediate treatment is required and we cannot reach you, Juju's Doghouse may seek veterinary care on your behalf. All veterinary expenses remain the responsibility of the owner.

 

Boarding Cancellations

Boarding reservations cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Holiday reservations may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your stay.

Behaviour Expectations

The safety and well-being of every guest is our top priority. Dogs staying in our Slumber Party accommodations must be comfortable interacting with both people and other dogs. Dogs with reactivity toward other dogs are welcome to board in one of our Private Suites, where they will enjoy individualized care and will not have direct interaction with other pets during their stay.

To ensure everyone's safety:

• Dogs boarding in our Private Suites will not have direct interaction with any other pets during their stay.

• Exercise, potty breaks, and enrichment will be scheduled individually.

• Our team reserves the right to determine whether our facility is the appropriate environment based on each dog's behaviour and needs.

Aggression toward people or behaviour that poses a safety risk to our staff cannot be accommodated.
