Daycare Rules
Our goal is to create a safe, happy environment where every dog can play, learn, and feel at home. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask that all House Dogs meet the following requirements.
Membership & Reservations

Daycare is available by reservation only.

Membership days are non-transferable.

Additional daycare days may be purchased at a discounted rate.

Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Health Requirements
For the safety of all dogs, we require:

Up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella)

Dogs must be free from contagious illnesses, parasites and fleas.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog showing signs of illness.
Spay & Neuter
To promote a safe and balanced play environment, we require:

Small breed dogs are to be spayed or neutered by 8 months of age.

Medium and large breed dogs are to be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age.
All dogs are continually evaluated for appropriate group play regardless of age or reproductive status.
Meet & Greet
All new House Dogs must complete a temperament assessment before joining the daycare. This helps us ensure:

A positive experience for every guest
Passing an assessment does not guarantee permanent daycare eligibility. Dogs are continually evaluated to ensure the safety and happiness of everyone.
Behaviour
Dogs must be people and dog-friendly. We cannot accept dogs displaying:

Persistent aggression

Resource guarding that poses a safety concern

Excessive stress or anxiety that cannot be safely managed in a daycare environment
Our team may recommend alternative care if daycare isn't the best fit.
Arrival & Pick-Up
Please arrive during our drop-off and pick-up times. Late pick-ups may incur additional daycare or boarding fees. Drop-off time is between 7 am and 9 am. Last pick up time is at 7 pm.
Personal Belongings
Please leave toys, beds and valuable personal items at home. We provide everything your dog needs for a fun and comfortable day.
Feeding
Meals may be provided if requested. Please portion and label all food. We are happy to accommodate feeding schedules and medications. Special treats must be provided for dogs who have food issues/ allergies.
Emergencies
In the unlikely event of illness or injury, we'll contact you immediately. If emergency veterinary care is required and we cannot reach you, Juju's Doghouse is authorized to seek treatment at the nearest veterinary clinic. All veterinary expenses remain the owner's responsibility.

We love sharing our House Dogs enjoying their stay! Photos and videos may be used on our website and social media unless you request otherwise.
